Secretary (2002)- One of my favorite movies of all time!! Just so freaking good. I adore the dynamic between Lee and Mr. Grey and the movie is beautiful. The music (By Angelo Badamelanti, composer of the twin peaks soundtrack!!) is gorgeous, the colors and set designs are amazing, and all the imagery in the movie has stuck with me since I first watched. I love the orchids in particular!! I relate to Lee a lot and this movie has changed me 4 life..Literally my exact niche. awkward boss x awkward employee age gap bdsm stuff..MY FAV!! I love Mr. Greys character as well..My introduction to how unbelievably sexy James Spader is! I love how even though hes clearly very dominant hes a deeply shy and awkward man who struggles with guilt and mental stuff..like Lee! They complete eachother so perfectly it makes me sick.. My favorite scene in particular is the hot chocolate scene (Grey is especially sweet here..and him admitting to his shyness and wanting to help Lee!!! Ahhh!!!) The scene with the song Chariots Rise playing is amazing as well..The intimacy and tenderness of Grey carrying her and washing her treating her like one of his flowers..UUGGHHH!!! SO GOOD!!
Little shop of horrors 1986- Another one of my favorite movies!! Ive loved this movie for ages and it is still amazing..great characters great soundtrack and amazing puppetry and effects!! One of the best musical movies ever I will never get tired of watching this movie. Just so fun and expressive and memorable!! I looove the characters (Seymour especially..OHMYGOD HES SO FREAKING CUUUTEEE!!) AND I LOVE SEYMOUR X AUDREY!! THEIR DOMESTICNESS AND SWEETNESS AND HOW MUCH THEY ADORE EACHOTHER..My god. The music is so freaking good as well!! My favorites are Dentist!, Feed me, and the intro!! Im a big fan of Orin’s character as well..weird funny sadist dentist guy whos Kind of really gay.Actually theres a lot of gayness in this movie if You think about it. No reason for orin and seymour and orin and arthur and seymour and that plant to be like that..I prefer the theatrical ending of course!
Rocky Horror Picture Show 1975- Another one of my favorite movies..SOOOO GOOD!!!! Have been a huge fan of this movie since 6th grade and it impacted me A lot..JUST THE BEST! AMAZING SOUNDTRACK AND DESIGN AND CHARACTERS! It still amazes me that this movie came out when it did and I love the queerness integrated into every part of the movie!! My favorite character is Brad unfortunately..By god he is a cutiepie. Awwwww…I love him and Janet and especially when they cheat on each other with frank. Especially brad and frank. WOoooowww. Another amazing musical movie and it got me into the genre!! My fav songs are science fiction double feature, dammit janet, time warp, and rose tint my world!! I love the costumes and campiness of everything as well..SO AWESOME
Brokeback Mountain 2005- Oh. My god. Another one of my favorite movies. This movie literally killed me and beat me with hammers it is so sad it makes me SIIICCKKGGGHH.SO FREAKING GOOD I LOVE JACK AND ENNIS!!! Beautiful heartbreaking love story with gay cowboys literally what more could you want. They mean so much to me..Again literally my niche period typical internalized homophobia two buddies falling in love despite everything and having to hide it from their wives all the while having whole families and yearning for eachother UUggghhh.Too good. The scenery is beautiful the characters are amazing the music the relationships..No other movie is doing it like this!!! The first time I watched this movie I cried for hours..Ennis grieving Jacks death after their big fight and having to separate from him and all the flashbacks of them being happy and young on the mountain and close and sappy..THE BOOK MAKES IT EVEN WORSE!! Ennis’s struggle with his sexuality and his feelings for Jack and Jacks intense love for Ennis and his desire to be with him forever and have a life together that isnt possible for them..GOD . THIS MOVIE IS GOOD .
American Psycho 2000- No I am not a sigma looksmaxxer incel chud that relates to bateman..Yes i am a chud girl that loves this movie! Super funny and seriously like..one of the best soundtracks in a movie ever? Pure 80s goodness I listened to nothing but the soundtrack for weeks. I loooove genesis and talking heads and huey lewis I think bateman has a point there.. But I think the dialouge and narration is super cool and bateman is just nuuutts. Big fan. I like the part with Luis especially .. Gaaayyyyyyyy . I read the book as well because the movie is just that good and it was insanely boring and Very gross but still interesting! I could rewatch a hundred times. I love hip to be square.And true faith. And simply irresistable. And sussudio.
Crash 1996- I LOVE WEIRD FREAK MOVIES! Movie entirely about people with car crash fetish and well…Actually fire AF? My god this whole movie is just so cool. Amazing visuals and insanely erotic This movie has so much sex in it it is ridiculous. But the character interactions are so good and the suspense of it all and just how freaky it is..Very intriguing! I love anything that explores stuff like this and this movie really scratches that itch. James spader ridiculously hot in this one as well with multiple sex scenes aaand oh my go.d. The yaoi. BALLARD AND VAUGHN MAKING OUT AND LICKING EACHOTHERS TATTOOS BLESSED MY EYES
Speaking of sex 2001- YES this movie is just a slop comedy about sex but…I LOVE IT! SUPER FUNNY AND AN ENTERTAINING WATCH AND By god is james spader amazing in this one. Seriously. Him in his prime era as an extremely pathetic awkward neurotic middleaged therapist guy whos wife hates him and who is a perveeerrrtttt . And hes unbelievably sexy . and has multiple sex scenes. And gets shot at and runs around like a little animal aww
